Many owners are trying to figure out how to make their tulle snow-white. If your methods do not help to get rid of yellowing and graying, UAportal has prepared some useful tips that will help you achieve the desired effect.

Safety

First, you have to take care of your safety. Always wear protective gloves and a mask to avoid direct contact with bleach. Work in a well-ventilated area to minimize inhalation of fumes. Do not forget to protect your clothes and work surfaces from possible splashes of detergent.

To whiten your tulle, dilute 1:3 of ordinary household bleach in water. Mix the solution thoroughly in a container large enough to hold the tulle you want to bleach.

Testing

When your solution is ready, test a small piece of tulle before treating the entire fabric. This way, you will evaluate the effect of the product and determine the ideal soaking time for the desired level of whitening. Place the tulle in this mixture for a few seconds and then rinse it thoroughly with cold water. Observe the color change and adjust the exposure time.

Controlled bleaching

Use stencils or masking tape to create patterns on your tulle. You can create stunning designs by shielding certain areas from bleach. Then the bleached and unbleached areas will intertwine.

As a reminder, pillows need to be replaced periodically because their filler wears out and unwanted microorganisms can also appear in them. That's why we told you exactly when to replace your pillows.
