Ukrainian servicemen can receive a payment to solve their social and household issues. Our defenders can receive the payment once a year.

According to the "Army.Inform" media, payments to address social and domestic needs are available to privates and commanders, except for those on active duty. This applies to the cases stipulated by the order of the Ministry of Defense No. 2683 of February 1, 2023. The amount of assistance will not exceed the monthly allowance of a military serviceman.

"The report addressed to the commander of the military unit shall state the reason for the appeal and attach documents confirming it," the publication writes.

It is noted that this type of assistance is not a mandatory payment, including in case of dismissal.
