Ukraine will speed up the subsidy registration process: what are we talking about?

In Ukraine, they decided to speed up the process of issuing subsidies. The National Commission, which regulates the market of electricity and communal services (NKREKP), suggested that suppliers publish data on household consumers on the website of the Pension Fund.

In this way, the procedure for obtaining housing subsidies for Ukrainians will be simplified. The corresponding decision was made at the commission meeting on April 7, 2023.

The decision concerns suppliers of electricity, water supply and drainage, and natural gas. This should simplify automatic data processing and analysis.

"Such a mechanism is aimed at maximally simplifying the application procedure and quickly making a decision on the provision of social benefits (when the recipient of housing subsidies and benefits for the payment of housing and communal services does not need to spend time searching for this or that information, filling out forms, standing in queues, and then a long time to wait for a decision)", - noted in the NCRECP.
