From time to time, even if you have regular pedicures, your heels can become dry and cracked. If you don't have the extra money to visit a salon, you can do the procedure yourself.

To keep your feet smooth and beautiful, we offer a simple home procedure that will help you quickly achieve the desired result.

You will need the following ingredients:

  1. 4 liters of warm water
  2. 2 tablespoons of baking soda
  3. Peeling glove or pumice stone
  4. Moisturizer
  5. Lavender essential oil (optional)

Here's how to prepare and use this product:

Add the baking soda to warm water and stir thoroughly until it dissolves completely. You can add a few drops of lavender essential oil to enjoy the pleasant scent and create a real spa atmosphere.

Place your feet in the bath with the solution and keep them there for 15-20 minutes. This process will allow the active ingredients of the product to penetrate the skin of the feet.

After the bath, take an exfoliating glove, washcloth or pumice stone and massage the cracked areas of your feet thoroughly to remove dead skin. This step will help to restore the smoothness of the skin.

After exfoliation, apply a generous layer of moisturizer that contains glycerin. Alternatively, you can use a small amount of coconut oil or petroleum jelly to moisturize your feet.

To retain moisture and ensure a better effect, wear cotton socks over your feet. If you do this process before going to bed, sleep with your socks on to provide additional moisturization and improve the condition of your feet.

This home foot treatment has a relaxing effect and is recommended for use after a busy day at work. Initially, it is recommended to perform this procedure once or twice a week, but once your skin condition improves, you can reduce the frequency to twice a month throughout the summer.

If you want to achieve a more intense effect, you can prepare a thick paste from baking soda and a little water. Before using the pumice stone, gently rub the cracked areas of your feet with this paste. This additional step will help you get rid of excessive dead skin and improve the effectiveness of the treatment.

Don't panic if your feet don't look the way you want them to right now. With this simple recipe, you can restore the beauty and health of your feet.
