A simple ingredient will help increase the yield of cucumbers: advice from summer residents
Cucumbers are one of the most popular crops among Ukrainian gardeners. This vegetable can give a very good harvest.
Experienced gardeners have their own advice on how to increase crop yields. In particular, you need to add one simple ingredient during planting.
It is about onion husks that need to be added to the holes. First, you should chop the bulbs, and then put them in the holes before planting the cucumbers. This method will significantly improve the yield.

Another option is potato starch. It can be mixed with chopped onions in the proportion of a glass of husk to a tablespoon of starch.
Together, the mixture will help cucumbers to take root in the soil faster and bring a rich harvest.
However, you should not forget about regular feeding, watering, and loosening of the soil. This is how you can get the best results.
We remind you that you can grow chufu, or ground almonds, or tiger nuts in the garden - an incredibly nutritious product. It contains a lot of fat, sugar, protein, and starch. Chufa is three times more nutritious than peanuts.
