You will invite poverty and sorrow into your home: what items you absolutely cannot discard
Our ancestors believed that some foods and items should never be discarded from the house. Otherwise, you and your family will face illness, misfortune, troubles, and poverty.

Bread is the foundation of everything
People believe that you can bring terrible misfortune upon yourself and your family if you treat bread with disdain.
Since ancient times, growing wheat and then baking bread was hard work. It took time from spring to fall. Therefore, bread was treated with special respect, as it was an important staple on the table of ancient Ukrainians.
It was forbidden to throw away bread as it was believed to portend hunger and disease. To prevent it from spoiling, it was dried into breadcrumbs and eaten with soup or incorporated into various dishes.

What other things are forbidden to throw out from the house
1. Watches. It's undesirable to throw away these items, but you shouldn't keep broken watches at home either. Doing so may push away your happiness and shorten your lifespan.
The best way to get rid of a watch is to disassemble it for parts and then dispose of it.
2. Icons, bibles, crosses. Under no circumstances should you thoughtlessly throw away such items. In ancient times, ancestors passed them down from generation to generation. Losing them was considered a bad omen.
The best way to dispose of these items is to donate them to a church or temple.
3. Photographs. Photos contain human energy, a part of it. When photos are discarded, it can harm the person depicted in them. It is also unknown into whose hands they may fall; a photo can be used to cast a spell or harm someone's life.
If you want to get rid of a photo, it is better to burn it.

4. Wallets. It is considered a bad omen to throw away a wallet, as doing so may push success, money, and status away from you.
You can dispose of an old wallet as follows: bury it under a young tree or burn it.
5. Hair. Human hair holds life force. If you throw it in the trash, you may lose your health. Therefore, it is best to burn hair.
