For the custard cream:
- 1 egg
- 50 g of sugar
- 250 ml of milk
- 15 g of corn starch
- 0.5 g vanilla (optional)
For the dough:
- 2 medium eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 ml of room-temperature milk
- 200 g of wheat flour
- 0.5 g of vanilla
- 5 g of baking powder (1 tsp.)
- 2 small apples
Preparation:
For the custard:
1. Beat the egg and sugar in a deep bowl, add cornstarch and milk.
2. Put the mixture over low heat and stir constantly until it thickens. Then pour the custard into a pastry bag.
For the dough:
1. In a deep bowl, use a blender to beat the eggs and sugar. Add milk and mix until smooth.
2. Add the flour and baking powder to the mixture and mix well.
3. Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces, then add them to the dough.
4. To make a pie in a mold, we recommend using parchment paper before pouring the dough.
5. Pour the apple-infused dough evenly into the prepared mold.
6. Using a pastry bag with custard, create a pattern or mesh of custard on the dough.
7. Before putting the cake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, we recommend sprinkling it with powdered sugar.
8. Put the cake in the oven for 30 minutes.
9. Remove the finished cake from the oven, decorate as desired, and enjoy the taste!
