Schedule of magnetic storms for April 2023

From April 5 to 9, there will be no danger due to bursts of the Sun and geomagnetic disturbances on our planet. At this time, magnetic storms will be 2 points, that is, of low power.

Already on April 10-11, a rather strong magnetic storm is expected, which will have an impact on people. On such days, you should be extremely careful, take care of your health, eat well, drink more water, and walk more in the fresh air.

The next day, the magnetic storm will be at 3 points and will decline as early as April 16. It is on Easter, April 16, that disturbance in the Earth's geomagnetic field will become more powerful - 4 points. Disturbances will last until April 17.

The strongest magnetic storm for the entire month will cover the Earth on April 20-21. Its power is preliminarily estimated at 5 points.

The rest of the month will be calm again. However, experts note that predicting solar flares is quite difficult, so they may still change.

How to protect yourself from the effects of magnetic storms

To survive magnetic storms more easily, it is worth:

  • Reduce the amount of physical activity, but exercise and walk more in the fresh air.
  • Stress and conflicts should be avoided. Try to avoid them if possible.
  • Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables, and avoid fatty and unhealthy food. Also drink more plain water, and herbal teas. Avoid alcohol and coffee.
  • Normalize night sleep - it is recommended to sleep at least 7 hours a day.
