Klitschko named the date when the heating will be turned off in the houses of Kyiv residents
Kyiv residents will soon be left without heating. It will be much cooler in the homes of the capital's residents as of April 8.
Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko announced this on his Telegram channel. "The heating season ends in the capital on April 8," he wrote.
Klitschko specified that the relevant decision was made by the city authorities, taking into account the weather conditions - "stable and significant warming is expected."

"Every year, we make a decision on the beginning or end of the heating season, focusing on weather conditions, people's comfort, and rational use of energy resources. This year, too, we are not waiting for April 15, but we will stop supplying heat to the building earlier - from April 8," Klitschko said.
The mayor noted that the heat will be turned off gradually, as utilities need several days to stop the centralized heat supply system.
We will remind you that during the heating period in Ukraine, the fixed cost of utility services was maintained. However, experts assume that tariffs for some services will soon increase.
