How to change the details for receiving pension payments online: instructions

If a pensioner decides to change his/her bank account or move to another bank, it is important to provide timely information to the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) authorities. This is necessary for uninterrupted receipt of pension.

For the convenience of citizens there are several ways to change payment details, including online application. The Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region provides the following instructions on this process.

How to change payment details online

1. Authorization in Personal Cabinet:
   • Authorize in your personal cabinet on the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine using a qualified electronic signature (QES).
2. Filling in the Application:
   • In the web portal, select the "About Pension" section and go to the "Application for Change of Payment Details" tab (this option concerns the change of bank details).
3. Filling in the details:
   • Fill in all the required fields in the application form and upload scanned copies of documents such as passport, ID number and bank account certificate.
4. Consent to Data Processing:
   • Consent to the transfer and processing of your personal data.
5. Sending the Application:
   • Generate an application, sign it with a qualified electronic signature and send it to the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

This method allows you to efficiently and conveniently change the payment details of pensioners without the need to visit the service centers of the Pension Fund in person.
