Sandwiches are always a great breakfast or snack option, but what if you're going for something special? Try this recipe for banana and cheese sandwiches that are sure to please your palate.

The recipe was shared on the website "Wow". This dish is perfect for breakfast or a light snack. Let's create together appetizing sandwiches with delicious cottage cheese and bananas.

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of toasted bread
  • 60 g hard cheese
  • 2 bananas
  • 25 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 5 tbsp. milk
  • 4 eggs

Preparation:

  1. First, peel the crusts of the bread, cut them off.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and add the milk, creating a mixture.
  3. Grate the large cheese over a coarse grater.
  4. Mashed potato the bananas into a puree with a fork and mix them with the grated cheese, adding sugar.
  5. Put the cottage cheese and banana filling on 4 pieces of toast, close them with another slice.
  6. Dip the sandwiches in the milk and egg mixture, making sure the slices don't fall apart.
  7. Pan fry the sandwiches on the sides for 3-5 minutes or until lightly golden.
  8. Sprinkle the finished sandwiches with powdered sugar on top.
