Dumplings and dumplings are a favorite dish of many, both adults and children. They are a universal product that is hard to give up. But we will reveal a secret that will make this dish even tastier, and semi-finished products will not stick together during cooking

Let's start with the water in which we cook dumplings. Many people make the mistake of using cold water. However, in order for the dumplings to turn out really tasty, it is recommended to use already boiled water and add 2 teaspoons of salt to it.

But when the water boils, we add the secret ingredient - 1 clove bud along with a bay leaf and a peppercorn. These spices will give the dumplings a unique aroma and taste that you definitely haven't had the chance to try before.

And now about one of the most common problems when cooking semi-finished products - sticking to the pan. Frozen dumplings can especially often stick together and stick to the bottom of the pan. To prevent this, you can add a few drops of olive or sunflower oil to the water in which the dumplings are cooked. This will help reduce the risk of sticking and give the finished dumplings a nice texture.

Instead of oil, you can use broth or a bouillon cube. To prevent dumplings or dumplings from sticking together, it is advisable to constantly stir them during cooking. Especially before the water has boiled.
