Kids will love it: recipe for Worms cookies with Parmesan for Halloween

This cookie recipe from Shuba is a great addition to the holiday table in Gelovina. You can get the kids involved in making it - it will be twice the fun.

Ingredients:

Puff pastry - 320 g

Grated Parmesan - 50 g

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

White sesame seeds - to taste

Mac - to taste

Black pepper, peas - to taste

Cooking method:

Unroll the dough and sprinkle with parmesan, then fold in half.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface so that it is 2mm thick. Cut it into 1 cm strips, then roll each strip several times to form a worm.

Place the cookies on a baking tray. Brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle with cottage cheese. Decorate with seeds and pepper peas to make eyes.

Bake for 12-14 minutes at 220 degrees.
