Quick and hearty: a recipe for potato casserole with zucchini and minced meat
The casserole

This casserole is very simple and easy to prepare, but it is hearty and incredibly tasty. In addition to zucchini, potatoes, and minced meat, it contains leeks, bell peppers, and herbs, which give the casserole an even brighter flavor.

Ingredients:

- Zucchini - 800 g

- Potatoes - 300 g

- Minced meat - 500 g

- Sweet pepper - 1 pc.

- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

- Leek - 200 g

- Dill sprig - to taste

- Parsley - to taste

- Dried garlic - to taste

- Salt - to taste

- Ground black pepper - to taste

- Sour cream - 3 tbsp

- Hard grated cheese - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the zucchini, add salt and mix. Grate the potatoes in a separate bowl.

2. Chop the pepper, dill and parsley, and cut the leeks into slices.

3. Squeeze the zucchini and potatoes and mix them together. Add the minced meat, remaining vegetables and eggs. Season with salt and pepper, garlic powder, and mix.

4. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and put the mixture of vegetables and meat on it. Spread the top with sour cream and put in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 °C, then sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
