Spicy and savory: a Mexican red bean salad recipe
Mexican salad

A light, spicy and delicious Mexican salad that takes a few minutes to prepare will appeal to you and your loved ones.

Ingredients:

- Vegetable mixture (corn, carrots, bell peppers, green peas) – 400 g

- Garlic – 2-3 cloves

- Parsley, thyme, and basil – 3 sprigs each

- Mustard – 0.5 teaspoon

- Olive oil – 2 tbsp

- Wine vinegar – 0.5 tbsp

Salt, sugar, and pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare all the vegetables: chop the bell pepper and carrots, heat them in a frying pan until soft. Wait for them to cool down.

2. Sauce: mix mustard, vinegar, oil, chopped herbs and garlic, salt, sugar, and pepper.

3. Fill the salad with the sauce and mix.
