A healthy dessert in 15 minutes: a recipe for coconut and oatmeal balls
Coconut balls

Easy to prepare, healthy and very tasty sweets go well with tea or coffee, and are also suitable as a snack.

Ingredients:

- Dates – 200 g

- Sunflower seeds – 25 g

- Pumpkin seeds – 25 g

- Oatmeal – 150 g

- Almond flakes – 50 g

- Peanut butter – 100 g

- Honey – 3 tbsp

- Coconut flakes – 20 g

- Water – 2 tbsp.

- Salt – a pinch

Method of preparation:

1.Grind the pitted dates in a blender.

2. Mix sunflower and pumpkin seeds with dates. Add oatmeal, almond flakes, peanut butter or paste, honey, a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of cold water. Use your hands to form a ball.

3. Divide the dough into 20-24 pieces and form balls with wet hands and roll them in coconut flakes.

4. The candies can be eaten immediately or stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
