Healthy and tasty: a recipe for couscous with vegetables in 15 minutes

Do you want something light and healthy for the evening with a minimum of time? Then try cooking couscous with vegetables. This hearty dish will take you 15 minutes to prepare, but will delight you with its rich flavor.

Ingredients:

- water –  250 ml;

- olive oil – 2 tbsp;

- salt to taste;

- couscous –  250 g

- sunflower oil;

- tomato – 1 pc;

- pepper –  1 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Pour couscous with boiling water, add oil and leave for 15 minutes.

2. Cut the onion, tomato, and pepper into pieces and fry in a frying pan, pre-greased with oil. Add the vegetables to the cooked couscous and serve.
