An African-American man sued his employer for racism. Owen Diaz demanded 137 million dollars from the Tesla company, receiving only 3.2 million according to the court decision. The CEO of the company, Elon Musk, disagrees with the accusations.
BBS writes about it. The man worked as an elevator operator at the Tesla factory in Fremont from 2015 to 2016. All this time, Diaz claims, he faced racial discrimination.

In court, a former worker at the plant claimed that management made racial jokes about African-Americans.
