How to quickly germinate dill

You can harvest dill by the end of summer. To do this, you need to follow simple rules.

If you keep dill in water for two days before sowing, it will germinate faster. The water will remove essential oils and make it easier for dill to germinate. Thus, in 5-6 days after sowing, the first seedlings will appear. Without soaking, germination will take at least 2 weeks.

Dill should be sown in moist and fertilized soil and then watered with warm water.

As soon as dill sprouts, the soil should be periodically loosened and fertilized with mullein or urea. Thanks to fertilization, dill will increase its weight. You need to fertilize it in the morning or evening.

Be sure to thin out the soil during growth.
