Children's cookies in 15 minutes: a recipe for puff hearts with sugar
Puff hearts

These cookies are very quick and easy to prepare, but will delight you with their wonderful cinnamon flavor and aroma. They taste best with milk or tea.

Ingredients.

- Puff pastry – 500 g

- Sugar – 100 g

- Cinnamon – to taste

- Butter – 30 g

- Powdered sugar – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Defrost the dough.

2. Roll out the dough into a 5mm thick layer, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Use a rolling pin to press the sugar and cinnamon into the dough.

3. Roll up the dough on both sides with a tube to the center and cut into 1 cm thick slices.

4. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and grease with butter. Place the cookies on the baking sheet.

5. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes at 190 °C.
