The main problem with the war today is that neither generals nor politicians understand that there will be no new heroes in the army who can stop tanks with machine guns and fight for every hole in the landing zone.

The Ukrainian miracle of 2022 was not created by the hands of generals and politicians - it was hundreds of thousands of the best people in the world who, in one impulse, said goodbye to their lives and went to war to sell their lives at a higher price, and it was this desperate popular rage that defeated the Russian army.

For two years, the volunteers have been winning the war against an enemy that has superior resources on their heroism and motivation. But the heroes die, get wounded, get sick, and get overworked.

It is no longer possible to mobilize heroes.

Fighting with arrows on a map and orders to hold on to life will not work anymore.

The army needs to be generated.

We will have to mobilize ordinary people of ordinary non-military professions.

The war will have to be fought not by heroism, but by careful planning, timely equipment of defense lines, high-quality organization of communication, intelligence, control, re-energization, autonomous power supply, and the use of drones hundreds of times more than people.

Will the army need infantrymen? Yes. But there will never be enough of them, they will be the biggest deficit. Saving the lives of infantrymen will be the basis of modern tactics.

Ordinary people will join the army on their own if the army realizes these simple things and offers people professions that will allow them to be effective in modern technological warfare. There is no need to recruit more stormtroopers. The mobilization will be successful when the army starts to change itself to save infantry lives, and when there are more engineers, technicians, excavator and drone operators than shovel and assault rifle operators.
