Ukrainian actress Anna Salivanchuk said that her husband, Oleksandr Bozhkov, and his colleagues in the Verkhovna Rada hope for a quick end to the war, possibly in the spring of 2023.

The war in Ukraine has been going on for many months now, and the Verkhovna Rada is discussing the possibility of ending it by spring 2023. Ukrainian actress Anna Salivanchuk, wife of Oleksandr Bozhkov, a member of the Verkhovna Rada and former producer of Kvartal 95, recently told Slava Demin in an interview that her husband's colleagues hope for a quick end to the war.

Salivanchuk admitted that she was not too interested in her husband's political affairs and that she asked him to stop when he started talking about it. However, she recalled that her husband's colleagues discussed the possibility of the war ending in the spring of 2023.

"I don't go to the backstage of the Verkhovna Rada, so I don't know what they are talking about. I have to go and listen. The last thing he said to me was that there are good moments, that everything can end quickly. But quickly means two or three months. It's not that fast, because in two or three months it can be very bad," Salivanchuk said.

The actress noted that her husband had not told her any confidential information and that she had not questioned him about his work in the Verkhovna Rada.
