Raw adjika made from three ingredients: 5 minutes and done
Raw adjika is a simple and tasty seasoning that is ideal for meat, fish, vegetables, and potatoes. It is made from a minimum amount of ingredients and does not require heat treatment.
For this recipe, you need only three ingredients: tomatoes, garlic, and ground black pepper. You can add salt if you like.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of tomatoes
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
Method of preparation:
Wash the tomatoes and remove the stems. Grind the tomatoes with their skins in a meat grinder. Add the squeezed garlic and pepper to the tomato mass. Mix well.
Adjika is ready! You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
