This flavorful, fluffy Charlotte recipe from Shuba is very easy to cook, but the result is incredible. Even a child can handle it.
Ingredients:
Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
Sugar - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Vanilla sugar - 8 grams
Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
Vinegar 9% - 1 tsp.
Apples - 5 pcs.
Cinnamon - according to taste
Icing sugar - according to taste

Method of preparation:
- Slice the peeled apples into thin slices or wedges. Cover them with foil.
- For the batter, whisk the eggs until they are fluffy. Add sugar and continue beating until the mixture is thick and fluffy. Stir in the baking soda dissolved in vinegar. Gradually add the sifted flour and mix with an electric mixer.
- Grease a baking dish with oil and dust it with flour, shaking off any excess.
- Arrange the sliced apples at the bottom of the baking dish, pour the batter over them, and smooth it out with a spoon.
- Bake at 180 °C for 30-40 minutes.
