The secret of perfect barbecue: you need to add salt to the grill
When cooking kebabs on the grill, many people use a water bottle to "reduce" the fire so that the kebabs do not burn. Sometimes it turns out that the meat is cooked unevenly, remaining raw inside.
To avoid such troubles, chef Oleksandr Horodnyk says that it is worth using salt, which should be sprinkled on coals or firewood before putting the kebab on the grill.

According to him, this method will help the temperature in the grill to be evenly distributed. "Salt stabilizes everything," the expert says.

- Grill the meat on a well-heated grill.
- Do not turn the meat too often.
