How to improve your mood and set yourself up for a positive wave: the secrets of affirmations
Affirmations can help you get in a positive frame of mind

Positive statements, known as affirmations, play an important role in self-hypnosis and creating a positive mood. Their use is similar to autotraining methods. One of the most popular examples of conscious self-hypnosis is the method of psychologist Emile Couet: "I am getting better and better every day". The term "affirmation" became widely known after the publication of the works of the American writer Louise Hay.

The essence of affirmations is that they are formulated with positive words in the present tense and do not contain negations or conditional forms. For example, "I am happy" or "I am healthy" but not "I will not get sick". For affirmations to work, it is important to believe in them, so you should add plans that can be implemented shortly. It is recommended that you say affirmations out loud in front of a mirror about 5-6 times during the day.

The key is to formulate affirmations in the first person, for example, "I'm doing well" or "I'm successful." They should be short, usually consisting of 2-10 words and contain specific positive statements. It is important to use affirmations that are related to your strengths and have personal meaning. The following affirmations can be used to improve your well-being and relationships with loved ones:

I believe in myself and trust my wisdom.

I am a successful person.

I am confident in what I am doing.

I choose to be happy.

I am a gifted person and I am surrounded by beloved friends and family.

I am in control of my thoughts and my life.

I accept and love myself completely.

My goals and desires deserve attention and respect.

My body is amazing and I accept it for what it is because it is beautiful.

I am strong and brave and I believe in my incredible abilities.

Today I trust myself and my instincts.

I am very capable and I can do anything that depends on me.

I have a positive impact on others and am loved and appreciated.

I am independent and self-sufficient and I am what I want to be.

By using positive affirmations, you can stimulate your mind, improve your sleep quality, increase your self-esteem and create a positive attitude towards life. They will help you tune in to a positive mood and find harmony in your soul.
