How to make egg-shaped cake pops: a simple Easter recipe
A great idea to please loved ones with a delicious dessert for Easter is to make cake pops in the form of Easter eggs for decorating cakes and pastries.

Ingredients:
- Flour - 70 g;
- Sugar - 90 g;
- Cocoa - 20 g;
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp;
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon;
- Kefir - 70 g;
- Milk - 50 g;
- Odorless oil - 25 g;
- Egg (c2) - 1 pc.;
- Curd cheese - 100 g.
Glaze:
- White chocolate - 150 g;
- Odorless oil - 15 g;
- Cocoa oil - 15 g.
For the sponge cake, mix the dry and wet ingredients separately and then combine them. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, until a skewer comes out dry. Push aside the finished sponge cake and mix it with the softened curd cheese. Form eggs and insert toothpicks. Put the pieces in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
For the frosting, melt the white chocolate and mix it with the butter and melted cocoa butter. Dip the frozen pieces in the icing and insert a toothpick into the foam base. Use candour, vodka, and a stiff brush to make specks. Refrigerate to stabilize the icing.
