How to sharpen kitchen knives in 20 seconds: the simplest life hack
A knife is one of the main tools in the kitchen. It's a shame when it gets dull.
However, there are ways to sharpen knives quickly, even if you don't have special equipment. One of these ways is to use ceramic products.
Experts recommend sharpening different knives in different ways. As for kitchen utensils, table knives should be sharpened at an angle of 55-70 degrees, while household kitchen knives should be sharpened at an angle of 30-35 degrees.

Take a ceramic dish that does not have a "glazed" rim along the bottom. Place the cookware upside down on a flat work surface. This will expose the unglazed rim. Select one of the knives you will be working with and hold the handle. Place the knife blade against the rim and hold it at a 30 to 45-degree angle. Drag the knife point along the ceramic edge from the knife handle to the tip of the blade slowly.
Repeat this step 5 to 10 times, turn the blade over and repeat for the other side of the blade. A dark mark should be left on the bottom of the dish you sharpened the knives with. This is a clear indication that the process is working and that it is shaving extremely fine pieces of metal off the blade.
Continue to sharpen the knife in this manner until the blade is sharp enough to use. Then rinse the knife to remove any residual metal and dry it with a towel.
