Perfectly reveals the flavor: an original recipe for cinnamon cutlets
As it turns out, cinnamon can be added not only to baked goods but also to meat dishes. It perfectly emphasizes the taste of meat.
It's best to use natural cinnamon sticks, as they have a brighter flavor than powder. Cutlets with cinnamon have a spicy aroma and a sweet and spicy taste.
Ingredients:
- minced chicken — 500 g;
- onion — 2 pcs;
- loaf, slice — 2 pcs;
- salt to your taste;
- ground cinnamon — 2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Soak the loaf in water or milk for 5 minutes.
2. Cut the onion into four pieces.
3. Grind the pressed bread and onion in a blender.
4. Add the bread and onion mixture to the minced meat. Season with salt and spices.
5. Form patties and place on a preheated and oiled frying pan.
6. Fry over low heat until golden brown.
