English classic: apple crumble recipe
Apple crumble

Apple crumble is a fragrant English dessert with a juicy fruit filling and crispy crumbly dough.

INGREDIENTS

Butter – 180 g

Wheat flour – 140 g

Apples – 2 pcs.

Sugar – 190 g

Ice cream – a ball

Lemon ½ pc.

Ground ginger – 0.5 tsp.

Ground cinnamon – 0.5 tsp.

Vegetable oil – 10 g

The method of preparation:

1. Grate the cold butter. Mix with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and ginger.

2. Wrap the finished dough in cling film and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.

3. Peel and cut the apples into small cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice.

4. Add 100 sugar and 30 g of flour to the apples and mix.

5. Grease a baking dish with oil and put the apples in it.

6. Take the dough out of the freezer and grate it over the apples.

7. Bake the cake for 45-60 minutes at 180 °C.

8. Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
