Takes you 30 minutes: a recipe for coffee squares

Coffee-flavored shortbread dough, nuts, and chocolate glaze - this dessert will win your heart, and it takes only half an hour to prepare.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 230 g of butter, softened;
- 201 g of sugar;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- 240 g of flour;
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt;
- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee;
- 60 g of chopped nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds).
For the glaze:
- 60 g of butter;
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder;
- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee;
- 240 g of powdered sugar;
- 3-4 tablespoons of milk.
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with oil or cover with parchment.
2. Beat butter with sugar and vanilla. Add flour, salt, and coffee and mix.
3. Put the dough into the prepared mold and smooth it with a spatula. Sprinkle the nuts on top, pressing them into the dough.
4. Put in the oven for 25 minutes and cool.
5. Glaze: melt the butter, add cocoa, coffee and mix. Remove from heat, add powdered sugar and one spoonful of milk, controlling the formation of the desired consistency.
6. Cover the cake with the glaze, slice, and serve.
