Healthy superfood: a recipe for spinach pancakes

Spinach pancakes are a great option for a healthy breakfast or dinner. They have a minimum of calories, but are very nutritious and tasty. Ideal for children's menus.
Ingredients:
Spinach – 150 g
Wheat flour – 250 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Milk – 150 ml
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – 0.5 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Sour cream – 200 g
Soda – a pinch
Baking powder – 1 tsp.
The method of preparation:
1. Mix sour cream, eggs, oil, salt, and sugar.
2. Defrost the spinach or use fresh spinach and chop it in a blender. Add spinach and milk to the egg-sour cream mixture.
3. Sift the flour, mix with the baking powder and baking soda. Add to the spinach and egg mixture.
4. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the pancakes on both sides.
5. Serve with sour cream.
