An unusual recipe for okroshka with smoked salmon
Okroshka with salmon

Okroshka is the best first dish for summer, and there are many variations of it. If you haven't tried fish okroshka yet, we recommend you to.

Ingredients:

- Smoked salmon - 300 g

- Kvass - 1.5 liters

- Potatoes - 4 pcs.

- Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.

- Cucumber - 2 pcs.

- Onion - 1 pc.

- Green onions - 50 g

- Dill, bunch - 1 pc.

- Horseradish root - 2 tsp.

- Sour cream - 200 g

- Salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the boiled potatoes and eggs.

2. Cut them into small cubes. Also peel the cucumbers and onions.

3. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces.

4. Wash and chop the onion and dill.

5. Mix sour cream and horseradish.

6. Mix all the ingredients and add salt.

7. Put the mixture in a plate, pour kvass and add sour cream sauce.
