A delicious and quick breakfast: How to cook French toast with cheese and banana

Ingredients:
- 8 slices of toasted bread
- 60 g hard cheese
- 2 bananas
- 25 g powdered sugar
- 50 g butter
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 5 tbsp. milk
- 4 eggs
Preparation:
- First, peel the crusts of the bread, cut them off.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and add the milk, creating a mixture.
- Grate the large cheese over a coarse grater.
- Mashed potato the bananas into a puree with a fork and mix them with the grated cheese, adding sugar.
- Put the cottage cheese and banana filling on 4 pieces of toast, close them with another slice.
- Dip the sandwiches in the milk and egg mixture, making sure the slices don't fall apart.
- Pan fry the sandwiches on the sides for 3-5 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Sprinkle the finished sandwiches with powdered sugar on top.
