Budget and fast: a recipe for a wafer roll with jelly and coconut cream

If you want to cook a delicious meal for the whole family, but you have a limited budget and little time, we suggest you cook a delicious wafer cake with coconut cream and jelly.
Ingredients:
- square wafers – 4 sheets;
- jelly – 2 packs.
For the cream:
- brown graham crackers – 1 pack;
- water – 500 ml;
- cocoa – 50 g
- sugar – 200 g.
For the coconut cream:
- coconut flakes – 100 g;
- boiled milk – 100-120 ml;
- Powdered sugar – 100 g;
- butter – 300 g.
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare the jelly by diluting it in 300 ml of water – it will become more elastic. Pour the jelly into molds and refrigerate.
2. Next, prepare the coconut cream. Heat the milk and pour it over the coconut flakes. Leave to swell and cool. Beat the butter and powdered sugar, add the flakes, and mix.
3. Next, prepare the chocolate cream. Pour the water into a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add the sugar and cocoa, stirring, and bring to a boil.
4. Add the crushed graham crackers and stir. Spread on the waffles, leaving a centimeter around the edges.
5. Let the cream cool and spread the coconut cream on top. Then put a strip of jelly on the edge and roll it up. Sprinkle hot water on the ungreased edge of the waffles.
6. Put in the fridge for two hours.
