Apple tart

My girls are not fans of sweets at all. Sometimes people ask me at children's birthday parties: "Do you forbid children to eat cakes?". Of course, I don't. It's just that they are very selective about desserts. That's why I was surprised when one of my daughters asked me to make "that thin apple pie" again. So I did. There is nothing easier than apple tart. So try it for yourself.

Ingredients:

  • ready-made yeast dough (you can buy any dough in a supermarket: yeast-free, shortcrust pastry, or make it yourself)
  • apples - 2-3 pcs (depends on the size of the dough)
  • butter - 50 grams
  • lemon juice - to taste
  • cinnamon to taste
  • sugar to taste (I take brown)

Preparation:

1. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and put the thinly rolled dough on it

2. Cut the apples into thin slices (I do not peel the apples so that they do not fall apart)

3. Mix cinnamon and sugar, sprinkle apples with the mixture, mix

4. Melt the butter a little in the oven and brush the dough with it

5. Put the apples leaving 1-1.5 cm to the edges, pinch the edges, and put the tart in the oven

6. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

It is ideal to serve a warm tart with ice cream. My family likes it with caramel and vanilla. I managed to take a picture while it was still hot because last time I remembered to take a picture when there was only one piece left.
