How to prepare a pork roll for the Easter table
Housewives are already carefully thinking through the recipes for dishes for the Easter table. We suggest you prepare a meat roll, which will undoubtedly decorate the festive table and delight you and your guests.
Meat roll with mushroom filling
For cooking you will need:
– 700 g of minced meat (pork, beef),
- 300 g of mushrooms,
- 1 onion,
- 1 egg,
- 2 slices of white bread,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 2 st. spoons of butter,
- 2 st. spoons of oil,
- 3 st. spoons of breadcrumbs,
- ground coriander to taste,
- ground black pepper to taste,
- salt to taste.

Method of cooking:
- Finely chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry the onion, then the mushrooms until the liquid evaporate (15 min.).
- Soak the bread pulp in water for 10 minutes. Pull back.
- Pass the garlic through a garlic press.
- Add an egg, soaked bread, garlic, spices, and salt to the minced meat and knead until smooth.
- On the table, spread the cling film in 2-3 layers, and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.
- Put the minced meat on the film, tamp it with your hands, and put the filling and a few pieces of butter on top.
- Roll up the roll and pinch its edges.
- Line a baking sheet with paper, grease it with oil, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Carefully transfer the roll onto it and place the seam down.
9. Send the meat roll to an oven heated to 200°C and bake for 1 hour.
10. Cut the roll into portions and serve.
