How to peel eggs quickly: you'll need salt and cold water
UAportal has prepared five tips to help you quickly peel eggs. You will need salt and cold water.
Tip 1
Use cold water. Start by immersing the boiled egg in cold water for 10-15 minutes. This will allow the shell to separate from the inner membrane, making it easier to peel without breaking or sticking to the egg white.
Tip 2
Tap gently on a flat surface. After removing the egg from the cold water, tap it lightly on a hard surface, such as a kitchen worktop or chopping board, until a few small cracks appear on the shell. This will greatly simplify the peeling process, as it will free the shell from the inner shell.

Tip 3
Run your thumb over the shell. Gently roll your thumb along each crack until you can easily remove large pieces of shell at once. Be careful not to press too hard or use sharp objects, as this can damage both the shell and the egg itself.
Tip 4
Peel the shell under running water. Grasp one end of the peeled part and run warm water over it while peeling off the rest of the shell with your fingers. This will make it easier to get rid of the remaining pieces and reduce sticking to the egg white.
Tip 5
Don't forget about salt! To provide additional protection against shell sticking, pour a little table salt into a bowl of warm water after removing all the pieces of shell.
It is also recommended to rub eggs with oil to extend the shelf life of eggs.
