A boa was found in a shopping basket in the US (video)

Employees at the Sunnybrook Drive Target store in Iowa, US were frightened when they noticed a large boa constrictor in their shopping basket. They filmed the snake nestled in the basket on video.

According to store employees, these baskets were brought in from the street, where customers usually leave them. The Colombian red-tailed boa constrictor was in one of them.

The police department confirmed that animal control officers had received a call from the store, claiming that they had a huge snake in their shopping basket.

Law enforcement officers called animal control officers, who are investigating whether one of the market's visitors intentionally left the boa in the cart.
