No-bake lazy strawberry cake recipe
In summer, you definitely don't want to bake cakes for a long time. The heat is not conducive to this. That's why a no-bake cake is a great idea for a dessert
Ingredients:
- Sour cream - 600 ml
- Strawberries - 700 g
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Gelatin - 30 g
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Water - 100 ml

Method of preparation:
1. Prepare a container for the cake: wrap the split mold with cling film on the sides and bottom. You can also use a simple food container.
2. Pour gelatin in water at room temperature, mix and leave to swell.
3. Wash the strawberries, remove the tails and dry them. Set aside some berries for garnishing. Cut the rest into small pieces.
4. Grind the cottage cheese, 100 g of sugar, vanilla sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream in a blender.
5. Pour all the sour cream into a large bowl and add the chopped cottage cheese. Add 50 g of sugar and mix until smooth.
6. Melt the gelatin in the microwave, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and mix.
7. Slowly pour the gelatin mixture into the curd mass, stirring constantly.
