Method 1:

Method 2:

Take a leather belt and try to restore razor sharpness by sliding it for several times in one direction. The leather can help to improve the condition of the blades.

To sharpen the razor, you can use a special sharpening rods designed to effectively restore the sharpness of the blades.

Method 4:

Another way to restore razor sharpness is to use foil. Simply compose the foil  for several times to create multiple layers, and gently swipe the razor in one direction several times.
