On her Instagram page, she noted that many people now use spices to prepare various dishes. They can delight not only the taste buds, but also bring health benefits.

Spices contain many useful trace elements and add a pleasant aroma and flavor to the food. Most of them have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiviral and antibacterial effects.

Five spices that are good for health

1. Bay leaf is a natural antiseptic with a lot of useful substances. This spice helps to improve digestion, relieve bloating, normalize sleep, and clear the respiratory tract.

Bay leaf also has diuretic, antibacterial and immune-stimulating effects, and removes toxins.

2. Garlic is very useful and has a positive effect on the functioning of the intestines and liver. It strengthens the immune system, lowers blood sugar levels, reduces prostate cancer and the likelihood of tooth decay and gum disease.

4. Oregano is a sedative that has a positive effect on the body. The spice helps fight rashes and restores hair structure.
